Procedure API

Description

Procedures define scripts or programs. A procedure comprises a collection of Procedure Records, has one or more Procedure Runs, and can be associated with multiple Experiments.

Module

This module defines the Procedure class, which represents a procedure entity, including its metadata, associations to experiments, datasets, runs, and records, and related operations.

It includes methods for creating, retrieving, updating, and deleting procedures, as well as methods for checking existence, searching, and managing associations with experiments, datasets, runs, and records.

This module includes the following methods:

  • exists: Check if a procedure with the given name exists.
  • create: Create a new procedure.
  • get: Retrieve a procedure by its name and experiment.
  • get_by_id: Retrieve a procedure by its ID.
  • get_all: Retrieve all procedures.
  • search: Search for procedures based on various criteria.
  • update: Update the details of a procedure.
